    How quickly do you ship?

    In the past we have shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Due to current shipping and production circumstances, we are not able to ship as quickly. Please let us know your event date and we will be sure your order arrives timely. Please contact us or call us on 541-683-8377. Be sure to note it in the comments. If it is late in the day when you place your order, we will see your order the next business day.  Our company is on Pacific Coast Time.

     

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. All international orders are shipped through FedEx. Please send an email to sales@topsmalibu.com indicating which products you wish, your shipping address and your credit card information for payment. We will then correspond with you about your order. Although we can provide shipping costs, we cannot predict other international charges, such a brokerage fees, taxes & duties that may occur as the shipment reaches international borders. 

     

    What is your return policy?

    We accept returns regardless of the reason, for full credit or exchange. Product must be returned within 30 days. Holiday items are not eligible for return after the holiday. All custom orders are considered final. Items that are used, bent or damaged will not be eligible for credit.
