Q: How quickly will you ship?
A: We generally will ship between 24-48. Please email or call us if you have a specific event date. Be sure to note it in the comments. If it is late in the day when you place your order, we will see your order the next business day. Our company is on Pacific Coast Time.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, by request you will receive FedEx tracking information.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. All international orders are shipped through FedEx. Please send an email to email@example.com indicating which products you wish, your shipping address and your credit card information for payment. We will then correspond with you about your order. Although we can provide shipping costs, we cannot predict other international charges, such a brokerage fees, taxes & duties that may occur as the shipment reaches international borders.
Q: Is it possible to change an order once it is submitted? (For example, “I just placed an order and would like to add/remove items from the order.” Or “I would like to change the way the order is shipped.”)

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns regardless of the reason, for full credit or exchange. Product must be returned within 30 days. Holiday items are not eligible for return after the holiday. All custom orders are considered final.
Items that are used, bent or damaged will not be eligible for credit.

Q: How can I find a store in my area that carries TOPS Malibu products? A:Our products are carried by a variety of local gift shops, museum shops, gourmet stores as well as some department stores.
