Q: What type of products does TOPS Malibu create? 
A: TOPS specializes in products that create SURPRISE to spark conversation, awaken creativity and make fond memories through bringing people closer.  Surprise balls, Treasure Candles, Games, Conversation Starters, Icebreakers & Confetti Fountains are some of our products.

    Q: Can you customize any of your products for my event or business?
    A: Yes, we often customize or create product specifically for a company or event. We make most of our product in Eugene Oregon so we have fast turn around time. See our Custom section on our website or call us at 808 828 1297.

      Q: Can you mail us a printed catalog? 
      A: Yes, Please email us or call for a printed catalogue. 

      Q: Can I place an order over the phone? 
      
A: Yes, we welcome phone orders. Please call our customer service department at 808 828 0071 or email sales@topsmalibu.com

      Q: Which credit cards do you accept? 
      A: TOPS Malibu accepts Visa ,MasterCard & Amex.

      Q: How quickly will you ship?
      
A: We generally will ship between 24-48. Please email or call us if you have a specific event date.Be sure to note it in the comments. If it is late in the day when you place your order,  we will see your order the next business day.  Our company is on Pacific Coast Time.

      Q: Can I track my order? 
      
A: Yes,  by request you will receive FedEx tracking information.

      Q: Do you ship internationally? 
      
A: Yes. All international orders are shipped through FedEx. Please send an email to sales@topsmalibu.com indicating which products you wish, your shipping address and your credit card information for payment. We will then correspond with you about your order. Although we can provide shipping costs, we cannot predict other international charges, such a brokerage fees, taxes & duties that may occur as the shipment reaches international borders.       Q: Is it possible to change an order once it is submitted? (For example, “I just placed an order and would like to add/remove items from the order.” Or “I would like to change the way the order is shipped.”)

      Q: What is your return policy? 
      A: We accept returns and will issue a full credit on products returned in “resalable” condition, regardless of the reason. Items that are used, bent or otherwise damaged will not be eligible for credit.       Q: How can I find a store in my area that carries TOPS Malibu products? 
      A: Our products are carried by a variety of local gift shops, museum shops, gourmet stores as well as some department stores.  Please call us to find the retailer nearest to you. We cannot be certain which of our products any given store carries. Call us at 808 828 0071

      Q: Can I order TOPS Malibu products wholesale to sell in my own store?
      A: Yes! TOPS Malibu has a variety of rep groups, and your sales contact will depend on your geographical location. Please call us at 808 828 0071.

      Q: Where is TOPS Malibu located? How long has TOPS Malibu been in business?
